Foreignapplicants who meet the following conditions may directly apply for aForeigner's Work Permit in China:

合适以下情形的外籍央求东谈主可胜仗在境内央求番邦东谈主职责许可证：

(1)Foreignhigh-end talents (Category A) who have entered China with other typesof visas or valid residence documents;

(2)Foreignersworking in China who change their employers but maintain the same jobposition (occupation), and whose work-related residence permits arestill valid;

(3)Spousesor children of Chinese citizens, or spouses or children of foreignerswith permanent residence or employment in China, who hold valid visasor residence permits;

(3)中国公民的外籍妃耦或子女、在华弥远居留或职责的番邦东谈主的妃耦或子女，握灵验签证或在灵验期内的居留许可的；

(4)Thosewho meet the preferential policies related to free trade zones orcomprehensive innovation reform pilot zones;

(4)合适解放交易区、全面立异改良教悔区讨论优惠战略的；

(5)Employerswho meet the preferential policies for regional headquarters ofmultinational companies in China;

(5)用东谈主单元合适享有跨国公司在华地区总部讨论优惠战略的；

(6)Internalpersonnel transfers within an enterprise group;

(6)企业集团里面东谈主员流动的；

(7)Thoseimplementing intergovernmental agreements or protocols;

(7)实行政府间契约或协定的；

(8)Representativesof foreign institutions who have entered China legally with workvisas; foreigners who have obtained a Foreigner's Work Permit forstays of less than 90 days in China and are hired legally by anemployer in China within the validity of their stay;

(8)已握职责签证照章入境的驻华机构代表东谈主员；已取得来华职责90日以下的番邦东谈主来华职责许可的，在其停留灵验期内，被境内用东谈主单元照章遴聘的；

(9)Othercases recognized as qualified by the approval authorities.

1.Applyfor a Foreigner's Work Permit for work in China (for stays over 90days) within China. Upon approval, the applicant will directly obtainthe Foreigner's Work Permit.

2.Beforethe expiration of the valid visa or residence permit, apply for awork-related residence document at the exit-entry administrationoffice of the local public security bureau where the employer islocated.
